What is Paddy’s Wonder Wheel?
Paddy’s Wonder Wheel is a free promotion offered by the online casino provider, Paddy Power, to its customers, offering them daily free spins with bonus rounds hidden within the wheels at play.
The free promotional game itself is comprised of three wheels, all altering in size from one another, with green and white sections containing either prize symbols or a thumbs down – indicating ‘better luck next time’.
As mentioned before, this offer is available to players on a daily basis, however, each player is only allocated one free spin each day. Also, there are no spins on offer which you can pay to spin.
Who can play?
This promotional offer is only available to players with a registered Paddy Power account, who must be over the age of 18, with their account fully verified.
How do you play?
To play, you must first log into your account.
Once logged in, head to the promotions page and click on the Wonder Wheel promotion. Alternatively, if you’re logged in via the mobile app, tap the ‘find’ symbol on the green bar and then press ‘Wonder Wheel’.
Once pressed, the bonus game will load onto your screen. Before you know it, you’ll see a three-tiered wheel, complete with alternating green and white sections, each containing a symbol representing a prize on offer, or a thumbs down.
As well as the three-tiered wheel, you’ll spot an orange ‘SPIN’ button. You’ll need to press this to get the wheels in motion.
Once the orange spin button is pressed, you’ll see the smallest, most inner wheel begin to spin. After coming to a halt, you’re either shown a prize symbol, a thumbs down, or an arrow pointing upwards.
If you’re shown the arrow pointing up, the middle wheel will begin to spin. Again, this could show you a prize symbol, a thumbs down or an arrow pointing either up or down when it comes to a complete stop.
Depending whether you’ve been shown an arrow pointing up or not, will determine whether or not you see the third and final wheel come to life and spin into action. If it does, there are no upwards arrows to be found, only downwards. Again, these downward-pointing arrows will be spinning around with prize symbols and thumbs down symbols.
If at any point during gameplay, you land on a downward arrow, the wheel below will begin to spin.
The game can go on for a while or not very long at all – it all depends on what the wheel lands on and when.
However, once you do land on a symbol that isn’t an arrow, you’ll either be shown a ‘better luck next time’ if you land a thumbs down, or, if you land on a prize symbol, you’ll be shown your prize and all the terms and conditions – as well as the claim button.
You do not have to claim the prize if you don’t want it, however, you cannot swap or exchange your prize for another.
The prizes
The prizes themselves are an array of different things, such as;
